Unless the item arrives damaged and unusable we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged item/items. If it is found to need replacement or refund of the purchase price the original payment method will be used.
Cancellations must be done within 24 hours. No exceptions will be made.

Chen does ship international at this time. Please stay updated to changes to this policy.
ALL items are handmade and hand poured, please allow up to 7-14 BUSINESS days(Mon-Fri) processing time. This does not include federal holidays. Orders are handled in the order they are received. After processing please allow 3-5 shipping days. This time frame is contingent upon volume of current orders and may be longer than 7-14 days. DUE TO COVID 19 some shipping may be delayed up to 10-14 days. All efforts will be made to get orders to customers as quickly as possible.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CHEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES THAT ARE INPUT BY THE CUSTOMER! We will NOT give products without payment in the case that the customer put wrong address in the checkout process! Chen is also fraud protected and will investigate thoroughly any attempts at fraud before any refund is given! Please test ALL products on small area of skin to verify you are not allergic. If product causes any itching/burning discontinue use IMMEDIATELY! Chen is NOT responsible for allergic reactions.
